Summary: Overall a Great motherboard, have always liked the Asus motherboards, this model is hard to come by, luckily there were some examples on Ebay. If your wanting to build a "retro" computer system, then this is the motherboard to start out with!!.
Summary: This board is the flip side of the Intel D875PBZ of which I've built 3 systems on. Asus got it right...great expansion capabilities and ease of component installation. Along with the afore mentioned D875PBZ, the P4C800-E Deluxe is among the very best p4 socket 478 motherboards ever made.
If needed, I would purchase from this seller again.

Summary: Glad to find the replacement I needed for my wifes older computer. Even though after finding out it was coming from China actually didn't make much difference because from the time I ordered it to when I got it at my home was only 5 days. The mother board was as advertised and works great.
Sweet overclocker, rock solid for P4 3.4EE & 3.2EE Fun!

Summary: They are fine as frog hair and getting to be rare as hen's teeth! Very Stable, and lots of great features to build a system that can and probably will serve the builder for years! I liked the first one so much, to go with a P4 3.2Ghz EE, that I bought a second one to go with a P4 3.4Ghz EE! If need be, reloading the BIOS is a snap! The desktop CMOS flash utility takes a lot of mystery out of updating the BIOS for the less experienced user.
Summary: I have had this mother board for quite some time, using the raid capabilities and I have had quite a great experience with it. This is the second time that I have built a computer, and my first computer that I built gave me so much trouble that I ended up buying a Dell... but after the Dell experience, I decided to go back and retry building another computer...
Summary: For those who run SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) data units, here is a statistic that will make this MB's performance crystal clear. With a 3.2-Gig Hyperthreading CPU and 235 data units processed, my average run time per data unit (running in BACKground) is 3-hours 20-minutes. Of significance is the fact that I am often rendering video files in foreground, which is a CPU intensive task.
Summary: The other review posted here by: An electronics fan (NY Queens) is a complete fabrication and the individual obviously has zero knowledge of computers at all or is at best completely inept regarding motherboards. Or is purposefully attempting to discredit Asus for reason unknown. The P4C800-e deluxe motherboard is the most feature rich and user friendly motherboard out there on the market for socket 478 intel cpu's. I should know and I have one.
Excerpt: I run this motherboard with: A P4 3.2GHz Prescott processor 2*512mb PC3200 DDR memory An Nvidia FX5500 256mb Graphics card 2*SATA 120GB HDD's And the other things like DVD a drive This motherboard has the ability to overclock and underclock your processer to provide you with a silent computer or a gaming system. I recommend it to any serious gamers. The manual is very extensive and lets you know how do do anything that the motherboard allows.
