Summary: System Build: i5 3570k Gtx 580 Rosewell 700w PSU 2TB Seagate HDD 120GB SSD Kingston All inside a full size ATX Raidmax Vampire case...
Pros: First of all I've had this motherboard for awhile and given some of the bad reviews I attempted to give it a shot anyways. This was my first Asus product and I can honestly say it was well worth it. I bios flashed it for a 3rd gen i5 and it's working great with no problems to date.
Cons: Only con I can see is that it is a little outdated now with the new processors out and software drivers had a slight issue with iGPU voltage reading

Summary: This thing is solid, sturdy, and has not given me a single issue so far. Chipset drivers and such still working find out of box, not a single issue has occurred in this hardware, highly recommend this product.
Pros: I love Asus. I'll just start with that. Mainboard is flawless. It's a very small board but is fully capable of handling anything you throw at it. Boots with SSD without issue, BIOS doesn't take too long to boot up and it's very nice layout overall, no complaints. Also this thing came with a wicke...
Cons: This is a rather pricy board but I will say this much: You get what you pay for. The Decal only faces one direction, with was the left side of the case, and that's facing my desk... so no one can see the awesome. That's not enough to take off an egg, but you all asked for a con so there it is. No...
Summary: Originally went to a HTPC build but after upgrading CPU to 2500K, memory (from 2x4GB to 4x4GB), and GPU to 560 Ti 448, and upgrading Samsung 830 64GB SSD to 128GB version, I no longer feel guilty about putting components that were subpar for this MB initially.
Pros: I can see why enthusiasts give rave reviews of ASUS ROG series of motherboards. This MB went into an HTPC build with the intent of upgrading over time. The CPU has already been upgraded once from an i3-2105 to an i5-2500K in this particular HTPC (as did many other components). Here are the actual...
Cons: Price would be my only issue. Although, between being able to overclock better than most 16+ phase power design ATX motherboards on this micro ATX motherboard and having a ton of features for a micro ATX motherboard, one cannot really complain too much about the price.
Summary: I build systems and work in the IT field for a living. I have worked with many brands of boards but I always go back to Asus. Only thing I hate about Asus is thier poor web site (very slow) but it has improved over the last year.
Pros: Full of features that can only be found in high end board but in a Micro ATX format. Great sound on board.
Cons: None. One minor issue is that it displays the boot (logo) screen 2 times on boot but it is only a flash and still boots faster than any other MB I have owned.
Pros: mATX - Will virtually fit into any case on the market. Came with newest BIOS 3305. Great RAM expansion up to 32GB More than enough SATA3 ports, can double as both a small gaming rig and a workstation. Booted on the first try.
Cons: Should have move the PCIe x1 slot to the front, pain to use if you want to install a WiFi card and have graphics card installed.
