Summary: We cannot say enough how impressed we are with the ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z. When it comes to the BIOS, although we feel that the pages are far too numerous, we wouldn't want to see a single option removed, and the ones we'd like to see added hardly have any effect on usability or performance.
Pros: Full-size board features and capability packed into a much smaller footprint, Excellent overclocking options, Mature BIOS ensures easy setup for near every configuration, Low power consumption, Lucid Virtu support, Fantastic accessory package., Near the best "Out-of-the-Box" performance we've seen so far, 3-Year Limited Warranty
Cons: Our first "High-End" board without a USB 3.0 front panel device., Slot spacing not ideal for multi-GPU configurations, Forced overclock with "stock" ASUS settings, Small size may leave it overlooked by many, BIOS has too many pages, Voltage read points need to be socketed.
Summary: We had a great time using the Maximus IV Gene-Z and aside from its smaller stature and limited expandability it responded well in our tests and seemed like a solid gaming platform. We say gaming over enthusiast mostly due to the form factor but things like the lack of an LN2 switch and voltage probe points like on the Maximus IV Extreme are a dead giveaway.
Overall performance was extremely good and proved that a small factory overclock can go a long way.
Pros: Small Form Factor, Dual GPU support, factory Turbo Overclock, Virtu Feature that Works, Red and Black Color Scheme, Lots of ROG Features
Cons: Not all MicroATX cases support high end boards, Bluetooth not included
Excerpt: I'm not sure why, but I'm such a sucker for the mATX format when it comes to computing. I say I'm not sure why because I don't have an mATX system, nor do I have a need for one, but it doesn't stop me from being interested in the layout. For years we saw companies release mATX formatted boards that had one thing in mind, low cost by sacrificing the stuff that makes the big boards so great.

Pros: Mnoštvo opeme i mogućnosti(USB3.0, SATA 6Gbps, eSATA, UEFI, ROG Connect, Game First, Supreme FX X-FI 2, ProbeIt), overclocking mogućnosti, kvaliteta izrade i komponenata, layout, bundle.
