Summary: it's a great mobo, bought it for my friend everything was cool, he paired it with an fx 4100 and a 7750 it's running good. the only thing which did not allowed me to give it 3 stars because of no USB 2.0 support it wud have been good if it came with it. But anyways it's a good low budget AM3+ socket Mobo.
Summary: Positive -This is a good board if you are looking to upgrade on a tight budget. -The uATX form factor makes it perfect for small sized cabinets. -Can handle core unlocking and mild overclocking -Bios has basic overclocking features -Asus AI Suite Negative - Onboard GPU is limited to 350mhz in BIOS (Most HD3000 can OC upto 900 MHz) - Motherboard bundle is very scarce (Only 2 SATA cables) - Northbridge heatsink can get very hot (especially when running onboard GPU) Others...
Summary: I basically didn't have much money to spare for a mobo so I opted this one. This one's got good integrated graphics and of course it being a micro atx form doesn't support the best of graphic additions. While the ps/2 slots are where you've got to be careful because they're quite fragile and it does satisfy day to day computing.
Summary: Some general observations: V2 motherboard seems to be not listed in the ASUS India website, the LX and LX plus are listed, but not V2. V2 is listed on the ASUS UK website. "Foxconn" is embossed on the back panel connectors (nice)! Front panel audio connector placed extremely low, bottom left edge of the board and was a problem for me. Mobo looks well made and sturdy. Back panel face plate seems a bit flimsy, perhaps all are like this, not sure.

Summary: got dis MB about a month back. its Excellent value for money for the kind of features it offers. Installing was pretty easy and the performance is quite good. Quality is excellent too. I combined this with a AMD Phenom II X2 560 Black Edition, a Corsair 4GB 1333 RAM and a HIS Radeon 2GB DDR3 HD6450 Graphic card. All bought from Flipkart. It turned out to be a good combo at a pretty decent price.
