Hi, I want to upgrade to a M4N75TD motherboard but first I need some questions answered… Correct me if I’m wrong, but why is the first/top PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot running single @ x8 and not single @ x16 on the M4N75TD like all other motherboards.. could it be a print error in the manual/online specs? Will a single high end graphics card (GTX 480) have limited/restricted bandwidth in a PCI-E 2.0 x8 slot compared to the PCI-E 2.0 x16 on a SLI motherboard? To get the full PCI-E bandwidth, must I rather get the M4N98TD EVO instead that runs single/dual @16? Can I use a Geforce Nvidia graphics card with a AMD chipset MB or must it be ATI Radeon? Online test results indicate that there is no difference when using SLI or Crossfire in a x8/x8 vs. x16/x16 setup, but what about a single graphics card @ x8 vs. single @ x16 because I only have 1x Geforce GTS 250 graphics card at the moment. Do I really need to use a 8-pin ATX 12V CPU power connector on above motherboards… because my PSU only have one 4-pin? Thank You & Regards, Pieter
