Summary: 8months of heavy use and no troubles. I do not overclock anything so I don't have a comment there. Nice board for the 2.0 USB and 3Gb SATA generation, will likely buy ASUS again in the future.
Pros: I've owned this for 8months now and it's still going strong for my first build. Would recommend it if you can find one out there for cheap and just want to put together what would now be a budget build.
Cons: The ASUS Express Gate software doesn't always load up correctly but that was probably my fault on the install, which doesn't deserve a rate down. Depending on the size of heat sinks on your RAM, they ~may~ not fit or will be really packed closely.
Pros: Perfect the first boot. As I have come to expect with ASUS products. The onboard ATI HD graphics surpassed my expectations. Nice board. Running the Running the AMD Athlon II X3 Rana. Fast and furious.
Pros: It's ASUS = Quality. Has all the features I need and for people who havn't done this in a while it has very simple to follow instructions, and it came with all the cables needed to install my hard drive and new DVD burner. Love that! Works great!
Cons: Wish it had USB 3.0 but then I would have to pay more so never mind.
Summary: Regardless of the issues I had with the first unit. They can't all be perfect. Purchased a replacement immediately, Newegg refunding my money from the first one. couldn't wait the 5 days for the replacement, time issues. Not worth taking an egg off for quality performance vrs price.
Pros: Runs like a champ. Fits my mATX case without issues. Lots of features.
Cons: First one died after a week. I guess it was made on a Monday.
Summary: well so far i have the amd 1090t cpu, the gskill 8 gig ram (1333mhz, 10666) and so far i havent been able to get it above 667mhz. but my brother is a bit more tech literate than me, so im gunna have him show me some stuff and im sure itll all work out. thanks
Pros: Looks great, fits everything for the average user.
