Summary: Used this to build a new PC for a friend. It's her first dual-core computer. She has a lot of software installed and reports that the computer is still fast and responsive for whatever she's doing.
Summary: runs netflix on my tv and the internet on my monitor all day and night long at the same time using an old geforce 7300 card w hdmi in the pci 16 slot . but the onboard graphics were just as good as the card is just no hdmi
Pros: great little board ! inexpensive . runs my old athlon 5600+ dual core and vista perfectly !
Summary: I don't try to overclock my systems, unlock cores, or whatever -- I just buy what I think will get the job done.
Pros: Nice board. A bit outdated, but I new that when I bought it -- I like NVidia chipsets and it was for an older processor (Athlon 64 3500) CPU for my mother (XP Pro 32bit). I paired it with 2GB ADATA ram and one of the new WD 500GB drives (WD5000AAKX) and it runs great. It was plenty responsive for...
Summary: This motherboard came with the ZT Computer that I bought awhile ago. Since then, it's been moved to a new case (Centurion 5). It survived my abusive overclocks as I first learned how to do so, and it's performed admirably with new components (GPU, CPU).
Pros: - Has served faithfully for over 1 1/2 years (I'm retiring it, though it's still functioning beautifully) - Runs an AMD Phenom II X2 555 BE @ 4.0GHz stably - Runs an EVGA GTX460 768mb at overclocked settings extremely well - No problems with my ASUS Xonar DS 7.1 24-bit 192KHz - BIOS is fairly eas...
Cons: - I still to this day cannot get EZ Flash to function, though I've never really needed it to work - Audio isn't great (but adequate for the price range) - Changing RAM timings/speed is tricky - Only DDR2/AM2+ (limits performance of my Phenom II)
