Summary: I can see why asus is the largest name motherboard company, the features and performance of this motherboard is unmatched, I have went thru several motherboards with the same exact CPU and ram..
If you don't use the HDMI output, you'll probably be happy with this board.

Summary: I have the latest firmware, and I know how to reset the BIOS and whatnot. I use an A8-3800 processor. Overall the board is fine, but it's really annoying that it malfunctions when used with an HDMI monitor. In my experience, the system hangs randomly during POST when connected to HDMI only.
Summary: I am pretty pleased with this MB in general. The build went rather smoothly, and the internal wireless works well, although the antennae are a little bizarre. The tiny remote is way cool - I wish it were available on its own so I could buy one for use with other builds.
Summary: This is a great board for your HTPC builds. Comes with USB 2.0, USB 3.0, ESATA, WiFi, and Bluetooth connectors/antenna on the board. There is even a PCI-E16 expansion slot to beef up your graphics needs should you want to do some heavy gaming with a better video processor than the one that comes...
Summary: Works great! Only problem I have encountered is since I am using this as an HTPC, it is connected to my receiver via HDMI. After I installed Windows 7, I noticed that I wasn't seeing the UEFI Bios startup screen, which gives you the option to enter the UEFI and make adjustments.
