Summary: This is a replacement board of my Crosshair IV Extreme with built in Bluetooth which is still running I built my wife a desktop and installed that board in to a Raidmax mid tower case it fit really tight I had to force it in to fit. I put this new Board into my Cooler Master HAF 942 for about 3 weeks then I just bought the Thermaltake Level 10 GT "Snow Edition" In both cases the fit was Great plenty of room and lots of great features like my old board.

Summary: Wow..........Awesome overclocker. Installed 8350 bumped voltage up to 1.40v and bang 4.9ghz. Why did i buy that 9590 months ago ? I did not adjust any other setting but DRAM voltage. 2400 should be about 1.6v not default 1.5v and works perfectly in this board. Tested with Hot CPU tester for 30 minutes temps never rose above 36c. I do water cool which is always a good thing. Much better board than my Sabertooth 990fx r1 for overclocking.
Summary: This review might gain more stars depending on how long the next board lasts after this RMA. I owned this board for a little over a month and used the computer at least 30 hours a week and it was working really well... until a couple days ago. I tried booting up the computer and got an FF error on the mother board. I tried several things to try and fix it and nothing worked so I contacted Asus support.
Summary: WOW. Spend a little money for a huge return. Tons of features, good documentation, nicely (protectively) packaged including all the bells & whistles; with extra bells & whistles available for download. I've never had a bad ASUS board and this one is keeping that trend going. I've heard stories about poor interaction between AMD/ASUS/ATI etc. but never experienced them. I'm using 2 older ATI HD4870's and running them Crossfire; so I'm using all 3 and have had no issues.
Summary: This is for both consumers and the NCIX staff. The board in this bundle supports CPU's up to 140W. The 9590 processor paired with this board is a 220W processor. This is likely why the voard required a bios update noted from the previous customer. I would anticipate future problems even with the bios update and suggest folks stick with boards that are rated for this processor.

Summary: I received the board in a timely fashion and made the mistake of waiting past the Amazon 90 day return policy to setup my new pc (due to being swamped with work)... I immediately had trouble installing Windows due to ram issues. Eventually I got the motherboard to work, and found the LAN port was dead and the PC would crash every few weeks as a result of a RAM error.
Summary: I have been an ASUS user for some time now, and I have purchased a number of ASUS CrossHair motherboards over the last few years. And while many view this line of motherboards as a gamer's dream board, I on the other hand do not purchase this line for that purpose. I like robust computing, and the CrossHair series has provided that for me, and since I am an AMD fan, I have not been disappointed.
Summary: Motherboard would not boot. Error messages pointed towards incompatible RAM. I tried a single 8GB Corsair CMX8GX3M1A1600C11, as well as two 8GB Corsair Vengence (can't remember model) sticks. Those sticks are not listed on tested and compatible RAM, so there's that. Looked sexy though. I returned it and bought an Asus Sabertooth board instead, and that is working great so far.
Summary: I was told these run hot? I will be posting after the build. The board came early and looks new. I do not foresee any problems. I will post later on the build! I learned that Intel builds are able to use G. Skill Triadent 2400MHz Dual Channel DRAM more efficient and AMD's will have to down clock to 1866MHz! Sucks and if I had known this I would have built on a LGA motherboard! Live and learn.
Summary: This motherboard is well built. The manual covers everything you need to have a build up and running in no time. They give you more cables than you could possibly need. But let's face it, if you are looking at this motherboard it is because of its capabilities. This motherboard will handle CrossFire or SLI and the bridge for both is included, USB 3.0, 32GB of RAM, and the built in audio is surprisingly good.
