Good replacement for expired 939 socket motherboard.

Summary: The ASUS A8NE-FM is actually a Fujitsu-Siemens licensed modified A8NE motherboard. Although the socket 939 is obsolete this motherboard fills a need for users that have a perfectly good Athlon 64 processor on hand. There is one heat sink for the board's main chip that gets extremely hot. I found that super gluing an old heat sink and fan from an old 486 processor to the heat sink fins cooled it nicely.
Summary: This particular motherboard had a problem as soon as I fired it up. I thought it was a good board but the fan in the middle was burnt up.This is the fan right below the memory slots.I ended up throwing the motherboard away. Lost the money spent on it. My advice is dont buy used motherboards on ebay!I thought it was a good price and now I know why!Go to newegg and buy new motherboards.geeoo309.
Summary: I received the motherboard, I hooked it up, almost everything was fine. The Ps/2 mouse port it works, but when i turn off the computer, the mouse stays on. and ps/2 keyboard port same thing happens, stays on. I can live with that, but the Audio inboard is not working, I did try, launching the setup, and bios, but no luck.
