Summary: As always ASUS puts out a great product. Been using their Mobos for many years. Just now I am building just for me !!! Using 8 GB's PNY 1866 ram, an AMD A10-5800k processor, Scandisk SSD, Windows 10. It kicks butt. NO MOBO issues at all.

Summary: I purchased this to replace an MSI A78M-E45, it was not a direct replacement but had one benefit the MSI did not have, working IOMMU to allow passthru of PCI hardware when using virtual machines. The Asus has a feature complete bios, where the MSI worked for everything accept passthru.
Summary: I purchased this in late 2013 as part of a replacement build for my prior system (from an Asus M4 series motherboard), which had shown its 8 years of use by having intermittent power failures, which isn't surprising since it is way out of the MTBF for most power supplies, even Seasonic.
Summary: This board sucks. No native Kaveri support, and if you don't have an older CPU to flash the BIOS then you're screwed. Get the Gigabyte 88x board available at this pricepoint, it's sturdier, supports Kaveri out of the box and has slots for two full sized graphics cards, or Crossfire compatible.
Summary: Despite the negatives that I have read elsewhere concerning this motherboard and the Athlon x4 860K, I bought this. Worked out of the box (bios 1801 x64), I updated to bios 2102. Easy. Detailed sound, but the audio driver does not enable bass boost in enhancements for no good reason.
