• Summary: This board saved my chops. I had the heatsink upside down so only part of the core was being covered. The board would shut the whole system down NOW! Flipping the heatsink made it very happy and its been running fawlessly since besides saving the xp2500.

not bad for gaming either

 • Summary: I bought this to upgrade an older 4x AGP Asus motherboard I had been using for gaming and felt it was time to upgrade to accomodate a faster video card and more memory. Installed 2 gb of 333 mhz ram on this, along with a FX5600 ultra video card and a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card.

 • Summary: This is an excellent little board. I dropped in a Athlon 1700+ and DVD-ROM with 512MB PC2100 for my 5 year old to play games on and watch movies in his room. You can't beat the performance for the price. As Always...NewEgg Rocks and gets all of my business..

 • Summary: In combination with my 1.66 GHz AMD processor, this just flies! Arrived on time and hasn't given me much trouble. The only probelm I've had is with the front panel audio. Apparently I would need to jimmie rig the audio pins to get audio in front panel and back.

 • Summary: A+ A few words of advice: Don't remove the FP_AUDIO jumpers! It will disable the rear jacks! I thought the board was bad when I took them off and the sound wouldn't work. I was relieved when I figured it out. :) Great mobo for the price.

 • Summary: After building my computer for the first time, it has been running great now for about 6 months........ My brother needed a PC, and wanted to be as cost conscious as possible. Anyways, after reading a lot of reviews, I built him an XP 2.0 Ghz with 0.5 gig ram, cd writer, etc.
