Summary: I should have known that this junk was not going to work when I saw that there was no cpu/apu cover, I saw a ten dollar cheeper open box version of this board so I knew to stay away but I bet some dumb in turn just grabbed one of those because it was closer, nothing was even sealed in the box or the outside of it witch proves my point!!!! Im very upset because I also had to remove my apu to return the board and I have hardly any thermal paste left!!!
Pros: I know that all my other parts are working, because I spent hours swapping them out trying to find out what was DOA.
Summary: The MB is good for the for the price. Paired with an A4-5300 APU (Skt FM2) because of the Integrated Graphics. One thing you need to be aware of is that some MB's like this one comes with an older Bios, so does not support the newer "Richland" Apu's out of the box.
Summary: Every time I go to build a PC I hit up newegg... and regret it. After 4 returns to newegg I purchased the board on Amazon and had a working PC build 2 days later. The box arrived without having been run over. The board was in the same condition it was in when packed by the factory and the price was BETTER than newegg. Hooray motherboards.
Summary: I like this motherboard for the price it was offered at, yet there are some cons to it as well. The BIOS provided by Asus is very easy to work with and wasnt very hard to set up multiple hard drives/ssd's in this motherboard due to the amount of SATA connections provided. The only cons i had with this motherboard were the amount of PCI Express slots provided were very minimal and also there was no USB 3.0 Header provided.
