Summary: Installed in a BitFenix Prodigy case. This mobo is fast, fast, fast! Tons of features. I love the XFast USB feature. It speeds up the rate at which you can copy files. XFast LAN works okay. Not super great, but I'm sure it helps some. Plenty of USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. Even made sure the PCI Express slot was 3.0 revision. Buy this motherboard. I am thrilled with how wonderful it has performed for me. I have owned and used this motherboard for over a month now.
Summary: It's got everything an HTPC or compact gaming rigs needs! I used this in a build as an alternative to the Zotac Z77 mini-ITX board and found it to be a suitable replacement. The EFI BIOS is very useful and it's awesome to be able to update the BIOS at the push of a button automatically, as long as the network is connected.
Summary: I needed a good board for a mini-ITX build, and, while AS Rock never came to mind, this looked like a pretty good, feature-rich board. Turns out, I was right. The board has been rock-solid stable. Setup was as easy as any other, fits well within the confines of a mini-ITX case, etc. Sound quality from the onboard sound is pretty decent, too. Overall, a good purchase. I'm definitely happy I gave AS Rock a chance.
Summary: Needed a micro itx board for a bitfenix prodigy build that was capable of supporting an overclocked I-5 and a decent graphics card, msi 7950. The best board at the moment is probably the asus but that was £150 where as this was £103. They are very close in performance and the spec they provide.
Summary: Absolutely amazed with this board, tiny little thing yet it has so many features, it's honest to god any gamers dream mother board.
Have this installed in a BitFenix prodigy with an Intel i5-2500k, Corsair H60 v2 8gb's of 1850mhz ram and an asus gtx 660 in it.
Running off a Corsair TX650w I've managed to get a very stable 4.4ghz out of my CPU. Ambient temps are 21 degrees, idles at 25c and at full load in prime95 hits 55-60c max!
Summary: At Amazon's price which is just over £100 it's very affordable. Cheapest I could find off Amazon was £125 at the time I bought it. ASRock has fit as much stuff onto this board as they can within the size limitations, including a WiFi receiver (with external antenna). Very quick to set up and fit inside a case. Windows installation took 15 minutes from USB onto an SSD.
