Summary: This is an extremely good budget board that will do almost anything you want or need it to do. the only thing i hate is on the middle right side of the board there is no standoff so it feels like it is floating.
Summary: I paired this with an i5 K series proc and 16GB of ram and has been very solid. Easy install but some bloatware that you have to pay for if you want to upgrade to the newest version. Some people may find some of the utilities useful.
Summary: For the price, I have no real complaints. The ASRock eXtreme tuner software used to monitor and adjust clock speeds and voltages is a bit laggy, freezes up for a bit when changing clock speeds sometimes. The board does not support changing vcore voltage, just vcore voltage offset. May have to manually change your ram clock speed in bios as it auto sets to maximum non overclocking speeds.
Summary: So far the motherboard seems fine for the price. It works well aside from one big issue. Don't bother with this board if you're wanting to use an SSD with full disk encryption. The bios doesn't support hard drive passwords so it's impossible to setup for SSDs.
Summary: ...and now I'm using it to review this product. Yay! So, yeah, this thing works. If I were to build another Intel-centric computer I would probably just go right ahead and buy another one of these. It seems like the power switch connectors and the actual power feed from the supply (sorry if I'm using newbisms) loosen up kind of often and I have to kind of push them back in or my PC won't boot from the power switch on my case, but that could be my case or the cable itself...
Summary: System runs smooth after simple install. Quick and clean and had it about a week and still runs like day one. Yet I only gave it 4 stars not 5 is because the driver cd restarts your pc randomly after each driver install. Nothing to bad though, but it installs some useless programs you don't need to run your system and I had to uninstall a few programs. Yet other than that it works like a dream.
