Summary: there are numerous problems with this motherboard because of the new technology. and the fact that this is shipping from Japan and not authorized by Amazon means you will be throwing your money away if you get a bad board or more likely one of the hundreds of returned and supposedly 'refurbished' items they have in stock. I seriously have been looking at this motherboard, the specs are out of this world. too bad they haven't got the thing up to snuff yet.
Summary: Pros, relatively cheap for x79 board with 2011 socket. Have two pci slots, three pice 3.0 graphic slots. Cons, 1. the system built on this board is very instable. Even though I updated the bios to the latest version, I usually get blue screen when booting/shutting the computer like once or twice out of ten attempts. 2. very poor compatibility with pci or pcie extention cards.
Summary: Most LGA 2011 motherboards are pretty expensive, but in my opinion this one provides the most bang for your buck. The Game Blaster audio card is definitely a big selling point for me with this motherboard. Unfortunately, though, I am not yet able to comment on how this board works because the first one I received was DOA. The back of the motherboard was also sticky, which doesn't seem right.
