Summary: This motherboard has got to be one of the best ones I have ever used. It has plenty of SATA and USB ports, nice BIOS for overclocking, and pretty easy to install. My only problem is with the USB 3.0 controller by Etron. I cannot install the USB 3.0 drivers or else I'll get a BSOD. It only happens with certain USB devices. For me, it happened with my Turtle Beach Ear Force PX21 headphones.
Summary: After MUCH consideration and many builds under my belt, I decided to give ASRock a chance for my Intel 2600k build. My last build using 1155 Asus and MSI boards ended up with DOA boards, so I figured I had nothing to lose. This board is considerably less expensive than other manufacturer's boards, so I was leary that the quality would be absent, but I'm happy to report that this board (so far) seems like a real winner!
Summary: I'm in this love hate relationship with this motherboard. It looks awesome but getting the wrinkles out was not fun. UEFI BIOS is pretty nice, but I'd be just as at home with a regular BIOS that had mouse maneuverability. Great overclocking features but nothing that any other board manufacturer doesn't have. This board is stable but there are a few items that I have personally had trouble with: -The USB3.0 is really finicky.
Needed some burn-in time for CrossfireX 6870's and I don't overclocker.

Summary: Good looking motherboard, and even best the Fatal1ty and its red & black theme in my opinion. That motherboard is just too much red contrast in a computer case when the actual (small) size of 12"x9.6" is matched up with the standard Intel heatsink for the i5 or i7 1155 Sandy Bridge; it would look dumb unless you use a large aftermarket heatsink. But, not the P67 Extreme4 Gen3 it fits right in and any dimm color choice will match up.
Summary: I ordered this board as well as all my other PC components on Black Friday. They arrived a few days later. I tried to do an out of box test boot, but the motherboard would not power up. I checked all my connections and everything was in it's proper place. I rechecked my components compatibility with the board over and over again in case I missed something. I spent hours troubleshooting and still could not find a fix.
Summary: No complaints here. I chose this board because I saw it had a lot of good reviews on Newegg.com, but bought it from Amazon because of better RMA service. Fortunately I haven't had to use it. I bought this with a new I7 2600k and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus (I was worried the 212+ wouldn't fit with the heat sinks around the cpu socket.
