  • Summary: Upgraded from a H61 this one has 6gb/s Sata 3 and 7.1 sound over my old motherboard which was only a cheap m-atx board. Has everything I need does have a slight whine from the onboard sound but its not too noticeable.

Great budget 8SATA port board.

  • Summary: Great board for the price, fitted a haswell pentium to it, and 16GB ram. No issues. Only downsides are like others have said the board is quite "thin" and so has a bit of flex to it. Also i'd like more SATA3 ports, but again, the price reflects that. No issues once fitted though however.

  • Summary: Excellent super fast motherboard with every connection you can think of ( USB 3 included ) to make it for a while future proof. Replaced my old motherboard, installed a SSD and my old HDD and a Celeron Dual Core processor, because I don't need gaming power.

  • Summary: Asrock boards are always great value and look good One thing I would say is that the PCB is quite flimsy, but once you have it mounted it is not really a problem

good board

chris, Amazon
6 November 2012
  • Summary: i picked this board for around 68 pounds. it met my requirements seeing as i wasn't overclocking my cpu. the board however was a little smaller than expected and it feels a bit flimsy. if you have the extra cash buy a gigabyte board or asus overall its a good board

  • Summary: Updated 04/09/14. Overall good board with impressive modern style Bios, which you can even take screen shots of to view upon booting. Despite the boards impressive bios with pages of settings and features to play with, i found a few problems which i should have been able to sort but couldn't.
