Pros: Nice low cost upgrade from what I had, LGA 775 and ddr2 RAM. This is my first ASRock board, includes decent driver disk and accessories. Seems like good quality, (made in Vietnam). Can finally use SATA 3 with SSD. (1)
Cons: Still working on the issue that there are no options for XMP profiles in BIOS. The manual says there should be but there isn't. Therefore my RAM is at 1600 mhz.
Pros: Excellent board for the price. This board gave me all the features I needed without making me pay for things I would never use. I have purchased expensive high end boards in the past, only to utilize about 20 to 30 percent of the features on it. How many people actually use all their pci slots, or sata connections, or use software raid. I would be willing to wager it's a small percentage.
Cons: Board layout could have been a bit better, but this is a matter of your case layout, so it may be better for others.
Pros: Perfect budget motherboard for the average "non-power" computer user. Combined with an Intel G2020 processor and 4GB of Kingston 1333 value ram this board provides more than acceptable performance at a very reasonable price. No problems installing Windows 7 64-bit or ASRock drivers.
Cons: None as long as you read the specs and don't expect things that are not included.
