Summary: Installed this for my brother and I have to say its a really nice board. I like the new bios but not as much as Asus. The only thing I would of liked to see them include with the mobo is some Q connectors, for those of you that didn't know ASRock is a spin off of Asus. Nice board overall.
Summary: I got this to go with an AMD A4 3400 APU. This board had everything I needed for a board, it has HDMI and USB 3.0! Installation of this board was easy and it was the perfect size for the MATX supporting case I bought.
Summary: I buy 4 of these motherboards with diferent procesors (3870, 3400 and 3500) paired with the new AMD memory running at 1600 MHZ, all of then work with no problems. I really recomend this motherboard.
Summary: Absolutely Perfect. I picked this up with the AMD A8-3870K APU..and oooooo..let me tell you...So easy to work with, every possible feature enabled in the BIOS makes this an OverClockers Dream Board.
Pros: UEFI interface is nice, but mostly unnecessary. Had no issue getting this thing up and running, even installed the new BIOS update without issue. It's basic, but I like the over clocking control I have and fan support is great too. It doesn't have all the frills of a really expensive board but it...
Cons: The only cons I can give is that I wish I could remove the start up beep from the motherboard without having to just yank out the whole mobo speaker. Oh and some times it takes just a bit too long for it to POST. Other than that it's sound.
Summary: I did not have any problems getting the board to show video, as many people are stating in reviews that they have to plug in a video card, then change BIOS settings to Onboard. Maybe it's because I used the VGA port instead of HDMI?
Pros: Great board for people looking to build a budget HTPC/Desktop system. 6 SATA ports, 4 USB 3.0 ports, PCI Express, VGA/HDMI output. UEFI BIOS is easy to navigate. I've been using this board for a little under a week with an A4-3400 and everything has been stellar so far.
