Good board if you are willing to RMA one

Robert S., Newegg
11 October 2012
  • Summary: Not a bad board if you one that works, I had to order a second one to get a computer project done I was working on, once I got a good board the board has been solid.
  • Pros: Good board when you get a good one. Don't be surprised if you get a bad board. Newegg has a good policy on returns through as long as you keep everything.
  • Cons: Good board when you get a good one. Don't be surprised if you get a bad board. Newegg has a good policy on returns through as long as you keep everything.

Inexpensive

Ryan M., Newegg
12 January 2012
  • Pros: Overall works great.
  • Cons: On-board HDMI/video requires specific processor to work. I bought a cheap one cause I didn't need much. Knocked two eggs for false advertisement by not mentioning minimum processor requirements for on-board video to work.

I purchased 2, one was DOA

John P., Newegg
9 December 2011
  • Summary: This is a good board, but I'd only get another one if I had a few extra weeks to ensure that I could replace another faulty one. Of course, it may have been an extreme fluke considering the small amount of reviews so far, but for me specifically, there's a 50% failure rate so far. ;)
  • Pros: This board is a good and powerful board with a good deal of extra software that other manufacturers ignore. The extra software isn't necessary, but it is helpful for those who want to delve into overclocking. It also comes with all the bells and whistles - 4 RAM slots and allows for crossfire, so...
  • Cons: The problem is that my second board was DOA. I work in a static free environment and I know that it was installed properly. I also would like if it had 1 or 2 more USB headers... but I like to use internal card readers in my builds so that's more of a preference thing.
