Summary: Got this board used plugged in my Rana 450 Tri core and it unlocked it to a Phenom II B50 quad core with L3, installed 8GB(2X4GB)DDR3 1600 Ram is running very well good performance plays all my games with a HD6670 video card every thing working well. if you have an older AM3 CPU this is a good upgrade over most OEM Mother boards and older chipsets. can download drivers and utilities like OC tuner from the Asrock website.
Summary: Really good motherboard. I never had any problems with it so far. It has the latest generation specifications which is good. It has a nice color and the CMOS reset button comes in very handy on the motherboard instead of using a jumper switch. Overall I am very happy with this motherboard and I will recommend it to anyone.
Summary: First time with ASRock motherboards and am extremely satisfied. First off loaded it up with a Phenom II X6 1100T, 16GB 1333 DDR3 memory, HD4670 Radeon graphics with 1GB DDR3, 1 TB hard drive and Windows 7 Ultimate. They all work great together. This computer now passmarks at 7099.5 without OC. Its a very fast computer with zero to .866 seconds wait time on heavy graphics software. And one of the best features besides speed and graphics is the sleep mode.
Summary: Great features like CrossFireX, 4 DDR3 1866mhz RAM slots , USB3 and SATA 6g. Booted up on the first try with a Phenom II x4 955 and a 4gb RAM stick, been working since. The box looks a bit gaudy, and when opened you will find the motherboard in a standard anti-static bag... stapled shut. Not impressed there. The software included is great, though the OC tuner sometimes won't recognize a fan (not an issue- you just can't tweak the speed.
Summary: I put this in my game machine. Nice combo of features. Very flexible. Like a modern SLR camera, you can tweak it to death or let it configure itself. Unlocked all 4 cores on my Phenom II X2 Black Edition. Currently running at 3.44 GHz, and it has been 100% stable for about 6 months now. Keep in mind there is no on-board video. I am currently using a single video card so I can't comment on the crossfire configuration.
Summary: Had some few problems(BSOD) due to the fact that my HDD wasn't cooperating with my motherboard. But after a few 30 mins of Reinstalling Win7, everything went great! This is definitely for budget users and Overclocking newbies as you can automatically function this to 5%-50% Overclock in just one click.
Summary: I bought this board after reading both official and user reviews. Thus far, it has been a very solid performer. I bought this as the basis of my home server machine which runs together with 6gb of OCZ Gold 1600Mhz memory (out of 12 I bought for my i7 system but only used 6) and a Phenom II x3 720 I bought cheap off a friend all powered by a Dell 250w powersupply. (Those Dell psu's seem to be well made, not high end like Antec or Corsair but good nontheless).
