I have problem with my board, the cpu temperature is so high it reach 98°C, I try to change fan processor but it's not helped. I try to change the board and it have same problem. This is my configuration I use Motherboard abit IP35P Core2Duo E8400 3.0 Ghz Thermaltake cooling fan processor

Try to turn off and turn on again on cold boot, it’s a common issue in many P965, P35 mobos. IInd is called FSB reset, again happens on cold boot. BIOS 12 for E version doesn’t reset the FSB, check if same BIOS imply on P also (Flash to that). But do check 45nm CPU compatibility first. You don’t need to go BIOS for correcting anything, when FSB resets, shut down PC (not restart), now start it and your settings will be restored.
