Summary: Very nice monitor. Easy to use. Good quality picture. Pretty much plug and play. Bought for my 6 year old son and it is easy for him to use, he can even make adjustments on the screen himself. Awesome monitor for the price.
Summary: Well, this monitor is prized for it's SCREEN resolution, not its speakers. in fact, I'm not really too sure why they even bother to include speakers, but whatever. The resolution is fantastic, and worth every penny. The touch screen panel works well, and it's no less confusing than any menu options on another monitor. I have never experienced any problems such as are listed in the 1 and 2-star reviews from others here.
Summary: Monitor powered up today (May 23, 2011) to a black screen with a large number of multi-colored vertical lines and a high-pitch hum. Purchased May 24, 2008: was a good price and very nice image, but I agree that its disappointing that it lasted just three years.

Summary: I got this monitor about 1 1/2 years ago from Best Buy. Nice display while it lasted. A couple of weeks ago I powered it on and got a very faded screen. The colors are washed out and dim. I replaced the capacitors after a discussion with the guys over at the BadCaps forum. The only improvement was the persistent flicker was gone. A search on the Westinghouse website revealed nothing. They don't even feature their LCD Monitors.
Summary: I purchased this monitor just over a year ago. I logged in this morning and all I see is a big white screen and no image. Hooked it to another computer and it did not work. Checked the cables, checked my vga card in the computer, everything is working fine....but the monitor is one big white screen with no image. They tell me that it is dead! Come to think of it just over a few days after my warranty expired!! DISAPPOINTED!!
Summary: finally replaced my original 15" model. had a hard time adjusting the brightness and contrast, but now is working ok. have a hard time setting the distance from my face, as i wear bifocals, and have to tilt my head back to see this huge screen. wish i had gone with the 17".
