Summary: I am happy with this, and another ViewSonic Monitor that I have purchased on ebay. The bib difference, is the response time, and most of all there is less glare, and a much clearer picture on the screen! I can be in front of the monitor for a lot of hours, and my eyes are no longer tired, as before, when I could only take it for an hour, and had to quit, as my eyes would hert. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best on the market.
Summary: Great price and great picture! I love this monitor! The quality of the screen as well as the features that it offers makes for the best monitor that I have ever had. No dead pixels and no complaints at all.
Summary: This monitor is good for gaming. I bought it for halo to cut down on lag, every millisecond counts to me. Otherwise I would have gotten samsung because this one only has hdmi, dvi, vga so if you want to watch t.v. you would need a cable box with hdmi output. Another flaw is there's no remote, but i'm not sure any viewsonic has one.So the bottom line if your want it in your head that 4 milliseconds matters otherwise definitely go for a samsung.
Summary: I got this monitor 3 months ago after a painful 3 months of failed attempts to get some super slim LG LCD TV and super slim wall mount to work as computer monitor. Even though this is not the slimmest monitor available on the market, I have been very happy with its quality with average 8 hours usage per day. I have two laptops connected to it - one via HDMI/DVI and the other via SVGA. PROS: 1. Crisp pictures. Vibrant colors. 2. Easy set up.
Summary: I full time telecommute. I last was using dual 28" I-INC monitors and both finally went out (just guessing the bad capacitor issue they appear to have). Had to replace quickly with 2 of something. Chose ViewSonic's VX2739WM 27-Inch 1920x1080 Full HD Monitors based on price (since company does not reimburse business expenses) and the number of good reviews.
Summary: I am extremely pleased with the ViewSonic 27 inch monitor. Quick and easy to install and set up. No dead pixels. Bright, color is great, resolution is great. I had an ASUS 26 inch (2 ms response time), which I thought was also outstanding, but it failed after 2 years, and had 1 dead pixel.
Summary: I bought this monitor a month and a half ago and was initially disappointed by it's poor performance. However, after I figured out the mistake I made, this product has become a real wonder. What happened is that I had been using the VGA cable to connect this monitor to my computer. I thought there is no significant difference in signal quality between VGA and DVI/HDMI, so I simply used the VGA cable that came with the monitor to connect it.
Summary: This monitor is really great. It has a great picture and I love the size. It has the same dimensions as the apple cinema display but for a fraction of the price. I've had it for 3 months now and it still works great.
