Summary: Great monitor when it works. I have two of these and have had nothing but problems with the color levels. If I simply unplug and replug them in I've had the color be shot and no longer respond. One monitor is very dark and the other is no where near as crisp and sharp as it originally was.
Screen died after 10 months. ViewSonic Support will not stand behind it.

Summary: I purchased 2 of these monitors on May 17, 2011. On March 19, 2012, one of the screens stopped working. I inquired via the ViewSonic website about support options and was told that the warranty is only good for 90 days!
Summary: I bought this unit last May, and was happy about it until 5 months later. There were two vertical lines appeared in the middle of the screen. I shipped it back to ViewSonic under the warranty. The monitor was back soon after, but instead of two lines, the screen was pitch back.
Summary: Overall I wish I had bought a 32 inch T.V. just because that's what happens. When you buy one size, you always want the next biggest ( I have a friend who has a 42 and now wants a 55). For the money this was a good purchase and has presented no problems!
Pros: Picture quality is great. Have used extensively with 720p. Looks great. Haven't tried 1080 yet since it's not available on net but will be trying soon.
Cons: Contrast Ratio could be better but currently I think this has the best out there for a computer monitor of this size. The only other is Samsung and it's contrast ratio is lower. Also there's only one HDMI (also a DVI) (and like 6 USB's). I think they did this on purpose as I know at one time they...
Summary: I bought this monitor 3 months ago and last week I found out that the 1/4 inch gap between the screen and plastic frame right above the on/off switch is not normal! I noticed the gap on the day one and it was kind of questionable for me.
Summary: I've been using this for a few months and trying hard to get used to it, but I've finally had it with this thing and I'm looking for something else. The monitor works just fine, whether with DVI or HDMI connections, but the bleed on the screen is incredible and the color quality of the monitor is...
Summary: I purchased this monitor for my husband in February 2011 and it was a wonderful monitor while it worked. In June, the screen went green and we contacted Viewsonic for repair under the warranty.
Summary: Length:: 0:23 Mins We ordered this just under two months ago, and around a week ago HDMI input stopped working. I unplugged the power for a day hoping it was just a glitch, and today when I plugged it back in everything from input appears to be green and randomly goes garbled.
Summary: I wanted a large monitor for my 11" macbook air and I had a really hard time justifying $1000 for Apple's 27" monitor, though I really did want it. So I searched for other 27" monitors WITH USB ports built-in and I came across the VX2739WM by Viewsonic. It has everything I wanted plus HDMI!
Pros: -Full 1080p w/ 1ms response time! -HDMi, DVI, VGA and audio ports! -4 USB ports -Displays colors and details as good as my Apple's LED screen. -27" real estate! Can have 2 full-screen windows open at once. -Attractive display
Cons: -Glossy bezel can scratch easily (just small light scratches like you'd see on the back of an iPod) -200x100 VESA mounting option....not a major con, but I just had to buy an adapter to mount it to my 100x100 wall mount
