Summary: THE GOOD: This is a truly beautiful monitor. The crisp, clear HD picture is a magnificient upgrade from lower resolutions. The kickstand feature makes the monitor look good on the desk. Viewsonic customer service is wonderful, even at 10 pm. The man said someone was there to help 24 hours!
Pros: HDMI Input, LED, Has two separate mounting stand options. Fast Response Time.
Cons: First one came with five dead pixels, RMA'd back to Newegg. Second had large back-light bleed from the bottom edge and sat on the stand uneven... Right side hung lower than the left. RMA'd for a refund, I'll be looking elsewhere for a monitor.
Summary: I read the reviews before buying this item. And, the reviews were great! The number of 1 and 2 star reviews were low, so I thought they were flukes. I was wrong. The lower rated reviews were correct. The main problem is the contrast. Everything feels white washed.
Summary: I bought this to attach to a Mac Mini using an HDMI cable. It is rubbish, very blurry out of the box and despite my best efforts to calibrate it, it's still blurry. It is (was) going to be used mainly for data input, but the operator has gone back to her 19" Dell screen.
