Decent, but would like to stand it up next to some others

Summary: Before this monitor I had an older model Samsung that seemed a lot more sharp and vivid. Unfortunately that monitor died so I picked up this one. I feel that it lacks contrast, and no matter what I do I can't get it to give the image I'd like to have. It looks nothing like the screen on my Macbook Pro, and no matter how much adjusting I do, it will not come close to matching the colors. I also am not fond of the button system.
Summary: We have a small office of two people and ordered two monitors for both of us. They were received quickly and packaged very well. We both had 19" monitors so these seemed huge to us at first. We love how we can now see almost a full spreadsheet versus just a small portion of it. The clarity is excellent! Speaker sound is okay. The monitor is VERY thin and the look is really great.
Summary: I bought the Viewsonic VX2450WM-LED 24-Inch (23.6-Inch Vis) Widescreen LED Monitor with Full HD 1080p and Speakers - Black monitor November and now i can't use it... It Started with green color flickering all over the screen while am working... I thought it was due to bad drivers i updated and did a fresh format but to no avail... now it just go to sleep when i turn on my system.. My Old monitor works fine with my new system...
Summary: I have had two of these monitors for the past year and they work great for me. I use them in a dimly lit room and and they work fine out the box. I use them for everything, including light gaming, school work and I let my kids do the stuff they do on them.
Gives me a headache - blurry, bad color representation and poor viewing angle

Summary: My company purchased this monitor for me as a secondary display. I would have NEVER bought it with my own money. I work as a web developer, and stare at two screens all day long. One screen is on a Dell XPS 15z laptop, which is beautiful, sharp and accurately displays all colors. This Viewsonic VX2450 monitor is utter crap. The screen is blurry, even with the highest resolution settings.
Summary: I love this monitor.... I had an old 22 inch CRT-- a dinosaur by today's standards. It finally blew out on me 3 weeks ago. Went shopping online-- and found this t Amazon for a great price. This Viewsonic has more viewing-area. faster response, and great color-rendering. Works great for my (limited) gaming, too. I don't use the built-in speakers-- as I already own a 5.1 setup -- so I am not rating those. Overall --I am very pleased with this buy.
Summary: Recently almost all TN LED displays are show the same picture quality. Thus, the main factors to choose are design and price. This one have an OK design and VERY GOOD price. Plus it has built in speakers (just a simple ones, but enough for Skype, gaming and movies until you buy a separate 5.1 1 kW set ;)).
Summary: This is an awesome piece of tech. It's truly hard to say that I have any complaints. I've tried looking around, Best buy always seem like a shady place to do business, even with their online deals, I didn't find anything appealing. Dick Oliver's review is pretty spot on, go check his out! The really awesome thing about the monitor is that you can turn off the power light so you don't get distracted watching videos and whatnot.
