Summary: You get what you pay for? I have purchased a good number of "refurbished" products and this was easily the most "USED" looking item I have ever received as refurb. I was very disappointed in the condition but happy with the product and price.
Summary: They arrived on time, looked good in the box and out. Once I connected them, installed the software I noticed one was great, bright screen, good working speakers, setting worked like they should. The other, not so good.
Summary: Good purchase, good price, awesome product. It replaced a 10 year old AG Neovo which had the hardened optical coating screen, this is not that type of monitor but very nice for what it is, the older AG was only a 17" and cost me a fortune back then.
Summary: 6+ months of use so far and the monitor is still working great. No dead pixels and quality is good. I've never had an issue with this monitor. It does take a bit to start up, compared to other brands, but that's not really a big deal. I would buy this monitor again.
Summary: amazing picture plays games well, but I use it the most for working on large spreadsheets the 24" monitor is perfect as you can use multiple windows with amazing ease. Sound is not bad for a monitor but I have speakers. I am probably going to get a second one for work.
Summary: I purchased 95 of these monitors for use in the office where I work. They were purchased in October 2010. As of March 1, 2011 we have had 11 fail in the same manner. All of them have a failure that seems to be related to the powersupply or the backlight, according to our IT department.
Summary: The Video is great just like any other 1920x1080 monitors. The SRS audio is lacking of base. I heard other non-SRS monitor speakers have better quality. The worst part is the 4 Menu push buttons on the side. The up/down keys are sticky (at least on mine).
