Conclusion: I am very pleased with this 20.1" wide screen monitor. The colors are rich, the response is fast and small text is easily readable even at full resolution.
Pros: Excellent color, bright display, text very readable at 1680 x 1050. Lots of screen for the money.
Cons: speakers don't have much frequency range but do the job.

Summary: Had this monitor almost 2 years now, had absolutely zero issues. In fact I am shopping today for an identical, so I can have a matched pair for my video card.
Absolutely Terrible Service/Products cannot last longer than 1 year!!!
