Summary: I am happy with the monitor. The only problem I seem to be having at the time is it blacks out. But,it seems tollerable. It was in good shape when I received it,as far as condition. And thanks for sending the monitor hookup.
Summary: After thinking I was the 2nd owner of this 6 month old monitor, I find out I was at least the 3rd owner. All this came out when I thought I may have a warranty issue with the screen occasionally getting a temporary blue cast. It hasn't done it for a few weeks now, so maybe it somehow "fixed itself". Problem aside, if you prefer a square image vs. widescreen, this may be one of the best out there.
Summary: We decided to replace our widescreen monitor with this old-fashioned monitor. It is great. We work with documents and widescreen makes the documents less readable. It is not easy to find a 19" like this one. We now have two of them.
Looks great, speakers leave something to be desired

Summary: This product looks outstanding. It was purchased for my parents as a present a few months ago. Easy to hook up and looks nice. The only negative that I can say is that the speakers seem to have a metallic sound to them. Overall I believe that this is a nice unit.
Summary: This monitor is as good as a new one. Works great! Saved many dollars buy purchasing the refurbished one vs. a new one. The money saved went to further upgrade my computer. Save yourself some serious dough and buy one of these instead of a new monitor.
Summary: This monitor replaces a Dell 20 inch wide LCD. We use Viewsonic LCD's at work and I have come to like the style and functions. I was a fan of Dell monitors but this is my first Viewsonic. The built-in speakers will suffice for internet voice audio but I use an external sound system for music and video. Good color, bright and clean views. I will see how it holds over time.
