Good Monitor but the Case is Butt Ugly.

R. Garth "rgarth", Amazon
23 April 2012
  • Summary: Got one of these for a desk at the office that needed sound with the picture so we figured just get a Monitor with sound built in. It arrived perfectly and the picture looks great but the exterior case is really ugly. Those huge speaker ports at the bottom just make the thing look wierd, it gets everyones attention as it's the only monitor thats taller than it is wide.

Beware

Richard S. Kasay, Amazon
28 March 2012
  • Summary: Bought this monitor 9/14; received it about a week later. It was a present for my wife and I did not give it to her until 10/22. There was no audio cable in the box, to use the speakers. No power cord either but I had several of those. When I contacted View Sonic I learned that they do not ship missing parts after 14 days of the order. So I have to go buy what they did not ship. My advice is to buy another brand of monitor if you are thinking about View Sonic.

  • Summary: Perfect size monitor, allows you to see everything without being too bulky. Adjusts up or down, nice screen visual. No glare on the screen from any angle. Very nice and pleased with this purchase.

ViewSonic VG732M LCD Monitor

EdK, Amazon
2 March 2012
  • Summary: This is a good monitor but is completely incompatible with the nComputing Xtenda x300 modules. They will not synch with the x300's. ViewSonic's only solution was to return them. We ended up switching them out with the older VG730m from stand alone computers (Win7 Pro 64 bit PC's which the 732M's work just fine with). The VG730m monitors work just fine with the x300 modules.
