Summary: The ViewSonic 20" monitor provides a large clear picture, especially for visually impaired people for a great price. The stand sits securely in place and offers tilting when necessary. I would recommend this monitor to others.
Great picture, very poor sound quality from speakers.

Summary: Displays a nice high resolution picture with good contrast and colormetery. However, the sound quality through the internal speaker is poor, very thin and tinny. Listening to a radio talk show sounds better on my computer's little internal speaker. Music CDs are even worst. Want to contact ViewSonic to ask if there are any audio mods or upgrades to the VG2030. If not, think I'm going to replace the speakers with a better quality.
Summary: I bought my ViewSonic VG2030m 20-inch LCD monitor in October of 2007 and it has performed flawlessly. I chose this one rather than the widescreen model because I do a lot of graphics image editing and wanted as much open screen space as possible. My only regret is not getting the 22-inch! My monitor shipped with a DVI cable included, contrary to what others have reported. It was a breeze to set up.
Summary: I have a Sceptre 24 inch and a VG2030wm from work that i have been using in dual monitor mode for about a year. I started a new project that required some extra real estate and thought about finding another LCD to use as a third. Part of me wanted something to be bookends around my 24 inch Sceptre and it made sense to me to look for a ViewSonic 2030wm...
Summary: The stupidest thing about this monitor is the base has this stupid lip on it that prevents you from positioning the keyboard close in front of the monitor. I have this monitor at work and I wanna smack the guy that invented the base. The picture is OK but not great.
Summary: This is a great widescreen monitor, response time is great even for the fastest FPS gamer. Crystal clear colors and low luminescence for those after hours gaming experience. Also great for movies and photoshop.
