Summary: This was just an okay purchase. The monitor works okay, but the Auto Image Adjust and Manual Image Adjust cannot be selected. I’ve installed the latest driver, but still no good. Other than that, it works fine.

Pros: Good color, very light, takes up very little space on the desk. Image quality is great.
Cons: Customer service is poor. I sent a monitor to them for service 11/20, and have not yet received it back again, it's 12/16. I worked in customer service 30 years, what they portray as customer service is a poor representation. I am very disappointed.
Summary: Received VA912B was bad with text appearing as areas of light and dark contrast in bands down the screen which made text almost unreadable (also dead pixel mid-screen after a few days). Called Viewsonic support and they did the replacement policy where they send a new one and you return flawed one back in 10 days (their shipping expense). Monitor never arrived and I called back to find out it was out of stock. They agreed to send another model and it never arrived.
