Summary: Monitor is fine for the money, but upsetting that it list a DVI Port but does not include the DVI Cable. So add the price of a DVI cable to the price of the monitor and it is a little less of a great deal. This is First NEW Monitor I have purchased that had a DVI Port but did not include the cable. I have three other ViewSonic's and all had the DVI Cable in the box.
Summary: The quality and price are fine. Only one disappointment: The accompanying CD with loads of software is Windows only. Installs without the software, but lack of recognition of the Apple market is hard to understand in today's market.
Summary: Yes, at last. I should tell you up front, I am a low tech person. I know there are reviews out there that give you all the techie details of electronic equipment. Mine is not one of them. It comes down to this: Does it work? Can I see it? Can I operate it and is it better than what I had? Replaced all of the old CRT monitors in our office plus some small (early model) flat-screen ones.
Summary: I got this for my husband several months ago and it's still working great. The speakers are a bit lame, but he uses separate speakers so it doesn't matter anyways. I love that it turns itself off after a set amount of time.
