Summary: Purchased unit last year. It arrived as promised and is as decribed. I have now hung it from extension arm unit as part of a two-screen display for my home business. It has been no trouble and has been integrated into how I do desk work. I have found that Viewsonic offers quality products at reasonable prices.
Summary: I was looking for an inexpensive monitor to replace one that died. I had a 19 in square monitor and decided on a wide screen the same size. Now I have to scroll more on web pages due to it's shorter height. So if I could do it over I would go for a much larger monitor.
Summary: While this is a relatively inexpensive monitor, I can't give it a high rating because of the inconsistent areas on the screen. Most of it is crystal clear and bright. but there are several areas that make you think there are fingerprints on your glasses or you are getting cataracts. Very noticeable in text areas. Can't be too pleased with that. Three stars is generous.
Summary: I bought this monitor based on some of the reviews. The on/off switch is a little funky (which is why I give it 4 stars and not 5) other than that it is a good solid monitor easy to install, has good resolution and color balance. for the price this is a great monitor. Setup was very easy.
Video quality GREAT, but on/off switch very flimsy and cheap!

Summary: I don't understand ViewSonic. This monitor has fantastic video quality, is aesthetically pleasing, and seems like it is built real well. I also really liked the plastic film covering the whole monitor, which I had to peel off. That shows the company cares about keeping the finish clean and new. What I don't like is that the on/off switch is very un-intuitive and flimsy, and feels cheap as if it's going to break!
