Summary: How do I send it back?? the monitor doesn't work right at all!!! a picture flashes on for 3 to 5 seconds, then the screen goes black. this model has a known history of problems for the very symptom just described. there are even two different repair kits developed just for this problem. how do I send it back to the seller, the monitor doesn't work.
Summary: I've had this monitor for over 2 years and it works great! The color is crisp, bright and I've never had a problem with it. The best part of this VA1930wm ViewSonic monitor is the speaker at the bottom of the monitor. My kids love to play games and the speaker works great. best of all, my desktop computer is hidden under the desk, and the top of the desk is clutter free with no speakers sitting on the desk.
Summary: I'd never heard of this brand before purchasing this monitor but am delighted that I did purchase it anyway. It has a compact design so takes up less room on your desk. The adjustment buttons are on the side and out of the way and also allows for a clean, sleek look of the monitor. The color is great and automatically adjusts. Drawbacks that I've found is that there's no internal speakers so you have to add speakers.
Summary: I bought this monitor because it was the cheapest option at the time I was looking to upgrade. I have been pleased above and beyond expectations with the quality of this monitor. The picture is crisp and clean and the unit itself has high aesthetic appeal. Definitely a good buy.
Summary: I originally bought this for work as a 2nd monitor, but have since brought it home and put it on one of the kids computers. I've been very happy with Viewsonic and am amazed the very first 19" I bought many years ago cost as much as a 52" TV now.
Summary: I wanted a bigger monitor for my PC games. The 15" I had wasn't large enough. I won the new monitor on Ebay and paid 2/3 the cost at a retailer. The description said it was "gently used" and so far I haven't found anything wrong with it. When it arrived I unplugged the old monitor and plugged in the new one. I started the computer and placed the disk in the CD-ROM. A short time late the monitor showed my old desktop and I've been using the monitor every day since.
Summary: Product was not what was shown on e-bay. It was advertised as a LCD Monitor/TV, it was only a monitor. It said it not working. It would not power on. I had it checked by a repair company and it did not have original circuit boards in it so thety could not refernce anything and unit was scrapped as a result. Product was junk.
