Excerpt: Bought this for a doctors office to use with EHR. Patients are so impressed when we touch the screen and blow images up. Price point is great and I love that is has a stand rather than sitting flush with the counter.
Excerpt: This is a replacement for desktop monitor and so far it works very well with my Dell tower, color is palate is very smooth, touch is better than some tablets and very responsive. Negative is heavy for its size, but is a worthy replacement.

Summary: Got one and the drivers do not match for windows 8.1 you can run it as a plug and play but then it is generic 2 point touch. After having it several month it then started sending my mouse to the bottom right corner of the screen. It will start scrolling on it's own on a web page. it will also close it down. I went ahead and re-installed driver such as they are as they do not support 8.1 on this monitor except for unsigned that my system would not load.
Excerpt: I am using this product as my radio station monitor. It works perfectly with all radio consol. Multi-Touch monitor is easy to use; to it hook up and connections are very simple. There is nothing that i found confusing here. I will recommande it to everyone who is looking to have a monitor or screen for video game for their children.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Never Freezes, Powerful, Quiet, Versatile
Excerpt: We are using this monitor for trade shows and have been very pleased with it. In fact, we have stuck with this one whenever more have been needed for the volume of trade shows we attend. I think I've ordered seven or more now. Looks good. Works great. No issues.
Pros: value, Easy to Use, Display Screen, Design, Performance

Because of this, I have no luck doing any swiping at any of the sides or corners. It is not Staples fault. They received it that way.
Summary: Touch screen worked fine for my purposes both in Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 after some set-up. But came with one always on pixel. ViewSonic says they allow three. I've never had any pixel issues with other brands I've had (Samsung, Sony, etc.
Cons: From reading the reviews I knew that this monitor was not great for Windows 8 but I run Win7 at my job and even if we go to Win 8 or 9 I will not need the side swipe. So I got 18 of them for my job and everything was great for the first month or two and then the nightmare started, One by one the monitor's HDMI input would start failing and the picture would turn pink, at this point all 18 have failed and were returned for repair at least once and some have been return...
