"Average picture, tin-can sound"

  • Pros: Provides a very basic 1080p monitor in a low-priced (<$350) package, easy set-up with existing DirecTV.
  • Cons: Picture either leaves black-banding at top and bottom, or stretch mode will cut-off sides. There's no refinements on adjustments. Sound quality is awful.

  • Pros: I like the design and the fact that it is a Samsung product. I like the features on it although I wish it was worth it to own this.
  • Cons: Picture quality is terrible. NO viewing angle. Not close to a good emough computer monitor and way off on a decent HDTV LCD.
