This screen is a great 2 in 1, offering a HD monitor and a TV with a HD tuner. And it isn't as expensive as you'd think. Unless gaming is your number one priority and you need a perfect display with no input lag and no ghosting, the T240HD is the monitor for you. Read more

With tonnes of connection options, including two HDMI ports and an ATSC/QAM tuner, great performance and useful features, the Samsung SyncMaster T240HD display is an excellent bargain. We do have a few gripes with brightness and colour, but the sharp text makes up for it. Read more

It may not be the best TV or monitor around, but as a combination of the two the Samsung T240HD is pretty decent and if its versatility and style suit your needs, there can be little arguing over the price either. Read more

I had been using this flawlessly as a bedroom TV for at least a year or so and it has done its job well. The picture is great and the sound is reasonable for a set of its price. I had to write a review when we decided to upgrade the size of our bedroom TV to a 32" and I replaced this set. I decided to give it a shot as a computer monitor and when I started to play Starcraft II with this monitor attached, I instantly regretted not using it as a computer monitor sooner! Read more

The backlight-bleed is a minor drawback when compared to the excellent picture, the quality of the unit itself, and the price you pay. My rating is not on an absolute scale - it's in the context of the $200 price I paid - and it's almost perfect. Read more

This thing works great for LAN parties (for both PC and XBOX), its just on that edge of being too big, but you dont need to bring an extra pair of speakers, you just use the cable that goes between your headphone jack to an audio in on the monitor, its a little cramped for multiplayer, unless you happen to be playing a game that splits vertically. This is a great mid range monitor. If you are looking for a cheap 24" monitor with 1920x1200, this is the perfect product. it only has slight banding, and can be fixed with color calibration. The HDTV tuner works great, and even comes with its own noise reduction software. overall, this is an excellent product. Read more
