Summary: This monitor is so clear it is scary! If you have the 20000 to 1 contrast ratio monitor like me then it unfortunatly has no speakers but i have surround sound anyway so I could care less. I would rather have this picture than a lesser picture with crapy 10 watt speakers!!!!
Summary: I bought this monitor a week ago and i absolutely enjoy this monitor's supperior performance, compared to my older (3 yrs) LCD monitor which just doesn't have a chance to stand up to this one. Its color is very vivid and bright, thanks to its magic color feature and 1080p gives you the opportunity to go full HD. I guess you'd experience same, pixelled performance from this guy if you are still using an old graphics card and a good old VGA cable.
Summary: I am currently using it on an Windows XP computer and this Samsung has replaced an LG 19 inch monitor. This new Samsung Monitor is excellent currently using the DVI connector with very crisp and gentle colours. I did need the drivers but once installed the computer recognised it. Excellent I feel I have had it for years.
Summary: In addition to what everyone else has more or less said, this is a very impressive piece of kit. It looks fantastic - like most Samsung products - and does what it says on the tin. Not sure what difference the dynamic contrast makes - apart from blinding brightness - and like most items like this, once you find your own custom setting, you'll probably never use the menu again. Saying that, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this item to anyone.
Summary: To step up from a 14 inch screen to this model has transformed the time I spend in front of my PC. The product was scheduled to be delivered between 5th and 8th August it arrived on 2nd August - Well Done! The installation process was very simple, in fact, it set itself up and I had nothing to do except watch it install itself. It is very stylish and looks good on my desk.
Summary: Bought this to replace my old 19" screen and although I initially resented spending such a large sum, the moment I got it out of the box and connected it up, I changed my mind. The size of the screen means you can have so many applications open at once and if you're developing using an IDE such as Visual Studio, Adobe, etc., life becomes so much easier: you can have all the various tool windows open at the same time, spread out for east access and visibility.
