Summary: Overall I like the monitor a lot. A couple issues: I am not crazy about is the Starlight Touch Buttons on the lower right used for changing settings. On of the buttons (basically the one needed to confirm just about everything) is VERY buggy. Some days it works, some days it doesn't. Since that is only on one monitor, it's not something you probably need to be worried about.
Summary: I wanted a fairly large monitor for my office/gaming room. The 1ms drew me in and the customer reviews set my decision in stone. My plans for this monitor were to use it for my basic PC Gaming/Online browsing/XBOX 360 + PS3 Gaming. Of course, there is only 1 HDMI port so I bought this HDMI Switcher --> http://www.amazon.com/Ultra-High-Performance-Switcher-Switch/dp/B0015YWKYY/ref=sr_1_1?
Summary: I don't like the power button arrangement. It is cheap and difficult to turn on or off. The older style power button was much better. I just leave it on all the time. Other than that I haven't had any problems with it. It works very well. Viewsonic has a 1ms response time monitor as well. I looked at those but they were all no stock at xmas so I bought this one instead.
Summary: Ordered this monitor to use as an external display for a macbook, works great(Dvi to hdmi), make sure you calibrate the monitor and you will be happy.Plenty of screen real estate, you will get spoiled fast and will whenever switching to a machine with even a 24" display. I highly recommend.
Summary: Es una super pantalla, la nitides es muy apreciable, la calidad de sus graficos junto con su flamante tiempo de respuesta hacen de esta una verdadera pantalla lcd para jugar y ver peliculas, y en cierto caso para uso de trabajo
Summary: Works well, great look, alot of display options. Touch button control settings can be a tad annoying to use since, but I don't consider it to by much of a problem. Although the power adapter cord would not go into the monitor, the middle prong was bent, which took my forever to figure out. Which is a particular problem, nothing anyone should expect buying this! A+ I'm very happy with it.
Pros: Selling at one of the major Warehouse stores (sorry not gonna advertize for them), at $249.00 while they last. A bargain for what you get. Has Everything you need to hook it up to a computer. DVI and analog connection. What else do you need for a comp
Cons: When viewing pure white output, the screen exhibits a slight tan/grey cast. This display (like most Samsungs) displays a slightly warmer color temp compared to others, but it's tolerable and doesn't effect many users.
Summary: the one thing I am unsatisfied with is how wobbly the stand is. It's not that I fear the stand will break off, I believe the stand is strong enough. But this monitor wobbles even when I type lightly. It seems there is excessive room for the connecting parts to move around, or they're too flexible. I will eventually find a way to get this monitor to stand more stable, but it does get a bit annoying.
