BE AWARE NO VESA SUPPORT

Summary: A sticking point that SAMSUNG does not make clear. The P2770FH does not have VESA mounting capability. You are stuck with the Lucite base and a bare minimum of tilt as your only adjustment. We bought these in our office as an upgrade and planned on using them with our Ergotron LX dual monitor arms. Problem is that Samsung cheaped out by not building in VESA capabilty in.
Summary: Just bought this two weeks ago to replace a 20 inch samsung. Main uses are for pc gaming and watching dvds. Also upgraded my video card to a gtx570. Pros Gaming is absolutely awesome. No ghosting and the picture is flawless. No dead pixels. My biggest concern buying this was people criticizing that 1920x1080 wasn't good enough resolution for a 27 inch monitor. I even considered getting a 24 inch instead based on other people's comments on other websites.
Summary: As with any used or refurbished product you run the chance of getting a defective part. The monitor looked great, however there were small screen pixels missing. The color was good and many ways to adjust to your preferences. The company gave no hassle when contacting them for a refund. Response was super fast (on the weekend too) and they covered all shipping cost. I just went to bestbuy and bought the stepped up model just to be safe.
Summary: I got this monitor refurbished and use it as a monitor and TV combination. Overall the product is great: looks great, clear picture, easy to setup. Since my product is refurbished, I have an issue that the monitor shuts off sometimes in the middle of watching something. I think it is to prevent overheating, even though the monitor doesn't get hot.
Summary: Four words...I miss my Acer!!! I have Samsung monitors at work and I should have learned my lesson. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!! The only thing worse than this was the PS3 LED monitor. The bottom of this 'THING" is soooo discolored and the top is sooo dark. NO balance at all, pixels everywhere. You can't do any adjustments because as soon as you turn it off, it goes right back to FLOODING your eyes with this obnoxious light. Bad me!
Pros: Nothing!!! It's just aweful
Cons: Washed out monitor! Goes back to factory default all the time.
Summary: Habe diesen Monitor am 15.
