Summary: Beautiful LCD Monitor with good price from a very good seller. I have bought this monitor to replace a heavy, bulky monitor for my desktop at work. It performed perfectly for many years. I love it. Tony Le
Summary: I need a good inexpensive monitor to replace my previous one which gave out on me after 5 years. Overall the monitor isn't the best, but it was suitable for my needs. There's only a couple things that I find annoying.
Summary: would be 5 stars if I had better experiences with the customer service
Pros: This is a really nice monitor. I have not had any issues with dead pixels or anything like that.
Cons: My only concern is that Samsung does not like to stand behind their products and some of their reps are rude! I bought 2 items from them and both of them were not listed on their website so I could warranty it online. I called within the 30 days (approx on the 28th day) trying to warranty it and ...
Summary: *Personally, I don't like the touch sensitive controls. I run an alarm clock on my computer to wake me up for work each morning and leaving the monitor off to save power makes it more difficult to turn the monitor on so I can click off the alarm. All while the rooster crows right in my ear.
Pros: It works, it's bright, it's clear, no dead pixels, and has DVI and VGA ports. The response time is fast, it powers up quick (if you can make the power button work in the dark and all), and my keyboard rests nicely on the monitor's base when I'm not using it. Works for me, for the most part*.
Cons: Stand seems a bit flimsy to me, but maybe that's because my house is falling apart and the floors are weak and even a toddler jumping two rooms over makes this thing shake like crazy.
Summary: I just received this 'touch of color' monitor. There is NO touch of color in the monitor. It is black. Even the Samsung box it came in does not mention anything about this model being a 'touch of color' monitor.
Summary: I've had this monitor about a month now, and I have not had any serious problems. The only issues I have had are that images go off the screen on the left about 5 mm no matter what resolution I use (which normally does not cause any viewing problems, but is a little annoying,) and there is no...
Awesome monitor, but the damn blinking light is a feature that needs to go
16 November 2010
Summary: Samsung and LG need to adopt Dell's policy of using a different color LED for the monitor when it's in standby mode, rather than using a blinking power LED. I bought the LG 2240T monitor because of it's beautiful picture and couldn't have been more happy, UNTIL I went to sleep and realized that when...
Summary: Big monitor at a low price. I only have tow minor complaints. First there is no HDMI support. Second the base is not very adjustable, and feels a little bit fragile. Neither of these are a deal breaker for me. I am pleased with the sharpness and image quality. It is plug and play, so easy setup.
