Summary: This is a very attractive piece of hardware, but on setting it up there was a persistent pattern of fine vertical green lines that appeared when ever certain light colors were intended to be displayed. In an effort to identify the problem, I attached the monitor to three differnt computers running 32-bit Vista,Windows XP, or Windows 7 and to a computer running 64-bit Vista.
Summary: BUYER BEWARE!!! SAMSUNG HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY. I purchased this monitor in August 2008 and within 3 months it had a bright pink line going down the middle of it. I was 4 days past the 3 month warranty so Samsung would only give me a refurbished monitor. The replacement arrived and the on/off and menu buttons only worked intermittently. Within in another month the same pink line had developed down the middle of the second monitor.
Faulty Product and Vendor would not take it back for 100% refund.

Summary: I bought this item back in September 11, 2009. The first monitor arrived and I reported problems immediately. The focus and refresh of the display is inconsistent as blurt on the top and less brightness toward the bottom of the screen. Called Legend Micro and they agreed to swap the monitor. Well, they did not SWAP as promised, they waited until I ship back the monitor before they send the replacement.
