Summary: This monitor is exactly what it says it is. It has a resolution over HD, and even though it doesn't have HDMI input, it is still the best monitor I've ever used. Swivel stand is an added plus.
Summary: have been using the monitors for over two years now and i really like them. i don't know if a pro graphic designer would be happy with them because of the colors but they are really great for everyday use.
Summary: When it comes to Monitors, Samsung has always been my number 1 choice. I have two of these matched together in a dual monitor setup. They are very nice monitors with great color and resolution (1920x1200).
Summary: Love the resolution, got 3 of these for a eyefinity setup bad- when viewing the monitor below the bottom of it will make the image vary dark, not the best to have on a desk and watch a movie on a low bed touch buttons not my favorite, cant see what they are when there is light behind you, but only really need the power button
Summary: I'm a full time trader and I especially like the Samsung 2343BWX monitor for it's ultra-high resolution. It enables to be put more charts on the screen. It's crystal clear and doesn't give me a headache like my previous monitors did after viewing them for 10+ hours non-stop each day. Excellent trading monitor for any trading, including stocks, futures, equities and options.
Poor viewing angle renders monitor unusable if you move at all.

Summary: I bought a 2443BW because I wanted the 1200 vertical lines for reading docs with the full page on screen but the limited viewing angle made the monitor unusable for me. One might survive if you always sit in the same position (and don't mind that the color seen at the top of the screen is different than that at the bottom - ex.
Summary: When I inadvertently trashed my 20" monitor (people -- don't throw your mouse no matter how nasty a bad beat you take) I thought I was going to have to shell out $400 for something comparable. Fortunately I found this at half the price. The DPI is a bit on the tight side, but that is my preference anyhow (I still have decent eyes).
Summary: The first monitor I purchased had an absolutly pristine display, crisp, sharp, good color. The next I got for a new build displayed diagonal streaking on light colored backgrounds, like a watermark on good paper,or as I thought more likely someone had tried to clean the screen with a dirty rag.The streaks are, however, behind the viewing surface and are more visible when viewed at an oblique angle.I got a third monitor, again on the strength of the picture displayed by the...
Summary: So I decided I wanted another monitor and someone suggested this one. I bought the refurbished one because I didn't exactly have 400 bucks to spend on a monitor. I love buying refurbished things because they are always just as good as new and much much cheaper. The monitor itself it beautiful. Games (haven't tried movies) look amazing at this resolution. My computer detected it instantly and the auto button on it made it easy to set up.
Summary: DPI is really high, be ready! Make sure to use Dual Link DVI cable. Most DVI cables are single link so your resolution will be limited to blurry 1980x1080. Also the monitor has DVI-D plug, so get DVI-D cable, not DVI-I, which has additional analog pins and won't fit.
