Great monitors terrible service

Scott G. Kunes "Scottkunes72", Amazon

  • Summary: After enjoyng this monitor for 5 mos the monitor quit one day out of the blue, giving me a flashing blue light that would not turn on or off or reset. After calling customer service they informed me that they would have to exchange the monitor and I would be reciving one in 1-2 weeks, I gave them my credit card number so that the monitor would be drop shipped to my door as the nearest UPS Store is 40 minutes away.

cheapskates

Rodger G. Irish, Amazon
6 June 2008
  • Summary: This screen does the same as the other (off-brand) 22" screen I bought. Nothing looks different. At the same time, it comes with only a 5 ft cable when other manufacturers include a standard 6 ft cable. because of this you might have to buy and additional DVI cable for it to reach your tower which adds another $25-$30 to the cost. Why pay extra for this brand name who's trying to shortchange you?
