Excellent when it works -- but beware of hardware failure

Summary: I've owned two of these and one of them is dead. What happened? I noticed that when resuming from sleep mode (the 204B automatically turned off to save power based on the interval I set in the Windows control panel), it took longer and longer to regain full brightness -- it would get lighter in noticeable "steps", and over the course of weeks, the process got more irritating. I googled and found matches for other hardware defects, but not precisely my problem.
at native resolution, screen will not fit within monitor, no swivel

Summary: This review would have been a 5, except for 2 reasons: 1)I bought it for the swivel so I could work in landscape. I am hoping I cans buy the swivel/height adjusting stand and replace the fixed stand I have. 2)In native resolution (which is clear and great), the windows screen comes off of the edges of the screen (so that I have to move the screen back and forth in order to see my clock, or get to the scroll bar.
Summary: If someone on here claims to be a web designer and says this is a great monitor for those who deal in graphics, they are lying about the monitor or lying about themselves. This monitor has a serious vertical viewing problem that is noticeable on ALL units! The top is always darker than the bottom and it can not be fixed! Of course, the casual user may not notice this or may not care.
