Summary: On March 9th 2014 I ordered a Samsung C770 S24C770T 24-Inch Touch Screen LED-Lit Monitor from Amazon. It worked fine for a while. One day It just stopped working I called Samsung, They said I needed to send it in to be repaired. They emailed me a label and I sent it in. On the 24th of June I received a telephone call from Bill (201) 727-5619 offering me a factory refurbished monitor to replace a monitor that was purchased on March 9th and that is clearly less than 6...
Summary: So far I am alone in loving this monitor for it's touch screen ability as not many others use their monitor like that, but I do and love it. Also it has the best color and detail of any PC monitor in the house.
Summary: You won't regret this purchase. I love the size, it is not very heavy so I normally move it around from place to place. The ability to incline it as I wish is the best feature not normally expected from a screen. I use it when watching movies, using my puzzle app, drawing, painting, etc. The resolution, touch response, controls, etc. are all as expected (great quality, easy to use and sleek).
Summary: First Amazon and the distributor were great and very responsive. No issues with either party. The Samsung Touchscreen did NOT work with my Windows 8 operating system. Spent 3hrs w/Samsung's Help Desk and they had no solution and said that a "fix" was in the works, but wouldn't tell me what or when, and then failed to take my name when they hung up. Boxed the screen up and returned.
After three months and twp repairs we had to return it for a refund

Summary: My girlfriend bought this for me for Christmas, I really wanted to clear all the clutter on my home office desk and enjoy the windows 8.1 features. After three days the touchscreen stopped working, Samsung quickly sent me a UPS label and they repaired it within two weeks. After a month it failed again, I sent it in expecting them to fix the issue or send me a new replacement.
Summary: I have a Mac Book hooked up to an external Apple Monitor and a recent Sony Vaio laptop which was connected to my budget conscious ASUS monitor which never ever came close to the resolution and colors of my Mac Monitor. Just using it for the first day and I will post an update later. The instructions are non-existent so if you want the touch screen to work you have to use both the HDMI cable and the USB cables.
Summary: I have just finished with more than a month of troubleshooting with Microsoft, then Samsung. Samsung confirms that this monitor will not work with some Windows 8.1 machines (including the Microsoft Surface Pro 2). It should work with most Windows 8.1 machines, but is not guaranteed. They say that an 8.1 driver "may or may not" be released at some future date. So I have a great non-touch monitor (actually 2 of them).
