Summary: I bought one of these over a year ago. Very nice computer monitor. I work from home and wanted to add another wall mounted display. Unfortunately, Samsung's new line of monitor doesn't have wall mount holes. I found this as a refurb and it's perfect. I'm displaying this page on it right now! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the price. I thought it a bit high for a refurb.
Summary: Exceptionally great cost for such a good monitor. The 23" inches in conjunction to it being LED, 2 ms response time, 1920x1080p 16:9 Aspect ratio makes it a decent purchase for this price range. The 60 Hz could be a problem for some gamers that can max out games over 60 fps.
Summary: I bought this monitor as Best Buy in 2012 for $189. This was pretty much the going price for comparable monitors at this store and other stores as well. The price listed here ( 289.99) seems severely inflated for a monitor of this type. Go check out prices for similar ones on Newegg. The quality of this particular product is just decent, nothing exceptional. One thing to note: the built-in speakers hiss.
Summary: I bought this monitor in 2012 at BestBuy.com for $200 and its ok, the picture quality is great but the internal speakers are awful but that's not the worst part, in order to change the volume you have to go through like 3 menus before you get to adjust the volume so I ended up hooking up my old external speakers and used them, sometimes when I go to turn the monitor on it wont turn on unless you touch the menu button instead of the power button, I have to unplug it then...
Summary: I am currently using this monitor in a dual-monitor setup. I couldn't be happier. There are a perfect number of inputs, there are speakers built in, the resolution is very good and crisp at 1080p. I would absolutely recommend this monitor to anyone. Probably one of the best monitors I've ever used!
Summary: I wanted a dual HDMI 23 or 24 inch screen to replace my old 19 inch lcd. This monitor feels very high quality and the picture is amazing. Performance is also great, i do a fair bit of 3D gaming and the graphics look amazing. Videos are crystal clear with no hint of ghosting or stutter. The unit also looks great even when it's off.
Summary: I purchased this monitor in July 2012 and loved it so I was looking for another one for my office. This new one (purchased Feb 2013) doesn't seem as bright, vibrant, and the white shows as "off white/egg shell" compared to my other one. I tried changing and adjusting the display settings, getting new cables, but to no prevail. I even switched the inputs on both monitors to see if it was my computer, but the old one was still performing better.
Summary: Great image, bright clear. The sound quality from the internal speaker is ok but as for the monitor itself in all modes 60Htz and down it buzz's like a nest of hornets! HDMI is ok but I needed multi input. Too Late to return it so selling it cheap on ebay and getting a different monitor.
Summary: I bought this monitor mostly to connect to my xbox 360 for gaming. I'm not disappointing at all, there is no delay and the picture is great. It's like night and day versus playing on a TV. The reason I chose this particular monitor is because I also recently purchased a galaxy note 2 and looked forward to the MHL compatibility. This phone is not compatible though! I don't understand why a Samsung monitor wouldn't be compatible with a samsung phone!
